The SE and SEL are powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that puts out 191 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The SEL Premium and Limited come with a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 281 hp and 311 lb-ft of torque, coupled with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic. The standard four-cylinder engine is offered with front- or all-wheel drive, while the turbocharged unit comes with all-wheel drive. EPA-estimated fuel economy for the Santa Cruz is rated up to 22 mpg city/26 mpg highway.*
