The program aims to provide customers with an easy and convenient way to experience Hyundai's latest EV models without committing to a long-term purchase or lease. In addition to providing a hassle-free way to try out the latest EV models from Hyundai, Evolve+ also offers short term car rental and long term car rental options. Participants in the program can return the vehicle whenever they like.​​
Monthly Vehicle Rental Subscription
​With Evolve+, you can enjoy a hassle-free monthly vehicle rental experience. Use the service for a 1-month vehicle rental, a 3 month vehicle rental, or even longer. With two Hyundai EV models to choose from, the Kona Electric and the Ioniq 5, you're sure to find the perfect vehicle for your needs. The Kona Electric is a subcompact electric SUV with advanced technology, ample interior space, and a sleek design. The Ioniq 5 is a midsize crossover that's an excellent choice for drivers who need a bit more room.2023 Hyundai Kona Electric
- The 2023 Hyundai Kona Electric is a subcompact SUV that offers a competitive range of up to 258 miles on a single charge. It comes with a 201-horsepower electric motor and a 64-kWh battery pack that can be recharged in less than an hour using a fast charger. The Kona Electric is one of the most efficient EVs in its segment.
- The 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 is a midsize electric SUV that offers a range of up to 303 miles on a single charge. It has two battery options: a standard-range 58-kWh pack and a long-range 77.4-kWh pack. Rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are on offer. The Ioniq 5 has a modern, spacious interior with a flat floor, reclining seats, and a sliding console. It also has advanced technology such as wireless charging, bi-directional charging, solar roof panels, and an augmented reality head-up display. The Ioniq 5 is the winner of three World Car Awards and was named the MotorTrend SUV of the Year for 2023.
The price of the Evolve+ program covers registration, insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and up to 1,000 miles of driving per month (28 days). You can also swap the vehicle for another one within the same model or upgrade to a different model at any time.
​One or Three Month Vehicle Rental
One of the main benefits of the Evolve+ program is its flexibility. You can sign up for the program online or through a participating Hyundai dealer like Burns Hyundai. You can pick up the vehicle from your preferred location or have it delivered to your home or office. You can also cancel your subscription at any time without penalty fees.
Another benefit of the Evolve+ program is its affordability. According to Hyundai, the subscription fee is comparable to monthly financing or lease payments for similar EVs in the market. Moreover, customers can save money on gas, oil changes, repairs, and other expenses associated with owning or leasing a car.
Hyundai hopes Evolve+ will attract more customers interested in driving an EV but are hesitant about making a long-term commitment. The program also aims to promote environmental sustainability by reducing greenhouse gas emissions from transportation.
