2022 Hyundai Kona Trim Levels

The 2022 Hyundai Kona is offered in five trim levels: SE, SEL, N Line, Limited and N. According to the Hyundai dealer serving Philadelphia, all models get standard front-wheel and available all-wheel drive, except the N, which is front-wheel-drive only.

2022 Hyundai Kona SE

The SE and SEL trims are equipped with a direct-injected 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque, coupled to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). This engine gets available all-wheel drive.

The SE trim comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, cloth upholstery, a six-way height-adjustable driver's seat, remote keyless entry, an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a six-speaker audio system and two USB ports.

Standard safety features include lane keep assist, lane following assist, pedestrian detection, a forward-collision warning system with automatic emergency braking, driver drowsiness monitoring, a rear occupant alert system and a rearview camera.

2022 Hyundai Kona SEL

The SEL trim comes with 17-inch wheels, keyless entry and ignition, remote engine start, tinted rear windows, heated mirrors, roof rails, satellite radio, HD Radio, rear cross-traffic alert, and a blind-spot monitor.

The SEL's optional Convenience package adds heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, automatic climate control, a sunroof and a wireless charging pad.

2022 Hyundai Kona N Line

The N Line and Limited trims are powered by a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 195 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque, mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. It comes with the features of the SEL trim plus the contents of the Convenience package (except the sunroof). Other standard features include exclusive 18-inch wheels, restyled bumpers and grille,a power-adjustable driver's seat, upgraded cloth upholstery, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel.

2022 Hyundai Kona Limited

The Limited also starts with the features of the SEL. It adds the features of the Convenience and Tech packages, 18-inch wheels, leather upholstery, upgraded interior plastic trim, a power-adjustable driver's seat with adjustable lumbar support, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, automatic wipers, rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control and rear USB ports.

2022 Hyundai Kona N

The Kona N trim employs a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine good for 276 hp and 289 lb-matched to an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. It gets the features of the Limited trim and adds the equipment of the Tech package (except adaptive cruise control and the sunroof), 19-inch wheels with summer performance tires, an electronic limited-slip differential, a variable sport exhaust, upgraded brakes, and selectable driving modes. Also standard is an aerodynamic body kit, a bigger rear spoiler, blue interior accents, leather upholstery with suede inserts, sport seats with extra bolstering, and adjustable lumbar support for the driver's seats.
