The 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe is a midsize crossover that provides buyers with a beautiful interior, attractive exterior styling, a great ride and a long list of standard features, many of which are only available on rival vehicles as costly options. These are some of the reasons the Santa Fe is such a popular model at the Philadelphia Hyundai dealer.

There's plenty of legroom for passengers to stretch out and get comfortable, even in the rear. Buyers can take advantage of the Santa Fe's exceptional amount of cargo space. According to the Hyundai dealer in Philadelphia, the Santa Fe provides a total of 71.3 cubic feet to carry along just about anything you'll need. The optional sliding rear seat makes it easy to store cargo.

The 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe is available in three trim levels: SE, SEL and Limited. Front-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is optional. The Hyundai Santa Fe is powered by a standard 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 185 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque. The Limited trim gets an available 2.0-liter turbo-four that puts out 235 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. SEL trims with the optional Convenience and Premium packages can also get this engine as an option. Both engines are connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The 2.4-liter engine gets EPA-estimated fuel economy rated at 22 mpg city/29 mpg highway.* The 2.0-liter engine checks in with 20 mpg city/25 mpg highway.

The automotive press gives the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe high marks. Autotrader wrote: "From a content standpoint, the Santa Fe leads the pack, offering a host of standard driver assists, and numerous luxury features ... Its handsome styling is its most characterful attribute, which for most buyers, will be a key reason for considering it over those more utilitarian compact models."

While the SE is the base trim level, it comes with plenty of standard features, including 17-inch alloy wheels, stain-resistant cloth upholstery, reclining rear seats, a noise-reducing windshield, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic high beams, adaptive cruise control and automatic emergency braking.

The Santa Fe's blind view monitor, which is available on the Limited trim, is one feature we particularly like. When the driver activates the turn signal, a monitor displays an image of the right or left lane. This important safety feature shows objects in the Santa Fe's blind spot, helping to avoid a collision.

The 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe received the highest score of five stars from the NHTSA. As of this writing, the Santa Fe has yet to be rated by the IIHS, but we expect the results to be identical to the 2019 Santa Fe, which received the top marks of Good in all crash tests. The organization named the 2019 Santa Fe as one of its Top Safety Pick+ models.

The Santa Fe benefits from the best warranty in the automotive business. Hyundai's basic warranty covers the Santa Fe for 5 years/60,000 miles, while the powertrain gets a 10 year/100,000-mile warranty.
