In light of the latest COVID-19 (Coronavirus) updates, Burns Hyundai wants to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the CDC and local authorities' guidelines. Our priority is the safety of our customers and employees; therefore we are disinfecting our facility throughout the day, and our cleaning company (who has upgraded their supplies to hospital grade products) is doing a deep cleanse every evening. Employees and customers who aren't feeling well are kindly advised to stay home - we are a "cold and flu-free facility".

With that said, we are excited to announce we are offering "Burns Direct" - a complimentary service that includes service pick-up, at-home car delivery, and more. For the safety of our customers and employees, all "high touch" areas of every vehicle are being disinfected by our staff, whether it be your personal vehicle at pick up and drop off, or the inventory vehicle you're purchasing.

Service & Parts and Body Shop are open. We are offering traditional drop off appointments as well as pick up and delivery  (Burns Direct) appointments, so you don't have to come to the dealership. We kindly request if you're not feeling well, please request a Burns Direct appointment, or reschedule your appointment for a later date.

For our customers in need of a vehicle, we are providing proposals electronically via email. Additionally, we are preparing all needed paperwork remotely and providing delivery at our customers' homes. We are sanitizing each vehicle prior to delivery.
